The first floor is designed for a large group to enjoy their vacation together with a living room that seats 10-12 people comfortably! A 75" TV and Bose surround sound creates a movie theater quality experience. The dining room seats 8 over mason jar lighting giving this space some real southern charm. The massive kitchen opens up to the pool and has seating for 4 at the massive island. Lastly, a heated pool along with a 6 person oversized hot tub allows you to relax in your own private oasis.The second floor has 3 separate bedrooms all with their own private baths and outdoor patios. Each bedroom has it's own style and feel, but all have king size beds and plenty of closet space as well.
The third floor is truly unique! Inside is a giant game/movie room that kids will love. There are 4 bunks, lounging sofa, and gaming desk with Xbox. There is a full bathroom on this level for them to share. But the 500 SF porch is what really stands out! with 270 degree views to the gulf and sunset, it is the place you will spend your evenings! On one side you have a table for 8 with grill, refrigerator, and sink. On the other side, you have seating for 6, fireplace for colder nights, and 75" TV.
